Rest. There is nothing wrong in taking time to rest - indeed our Lord made sure that his apostles took time out of what was evidently becoming an increasingly pressured task of spreading the good news.
There is no particular way to rest that is right - everyone will have their way. For a parent of young children it can seem to be an impossible thing to achieve! If you know or see someone who needs a rest - then the christ like thing is to let them know and also - if you can - make it a least a possibility. Could your teenager babysit for your younger sister's 4 year old? Could you offer someone some respite care? Either directly or if that is impossible, by giving to a charity that provides care - we all need to be looking out for others. If it is impossible to help directly - maybe you are one of those who is in need of rest yourself!
