Acts 2:14, 22-33; Ps 16(15):1-2a, 5. 7-8. 9-10. 11; Matthew 28:8-15
We often miss today's readings - after the very busy Triduum, with all the energy it uses, today is quite rightly, a day of rest! And this year at St Gregorys we welcomed 13 people (mostly, younger adults) into the church.
The Women today meet Jesus, having previously found the perplexingly empty tomb, and are overcome with relief again - it is today that the joy of Easter really comes out! The Lord is Risen - he is risen indeed! Alleluia!
