Each of us is given a guardian angel - a heavenly God Parent. They will pray for us, and will intercede for us.
It is wise to establish a relationship with your guardian angel. One way is to name her or him. Then you can have a conversation. From that conversation will come benefits! “See that you do not despise one of these little ones; for I say to you that their angels in heaven always look upon the face of my heavenly Father” (Mt 18:10) says Jesus. And we know from Hebrews that the angels are each and every one of them sent on a personal mission.
